📨 Outreach WhatsApp templates
submit the two cold-pitch templates to Meta for approval
One click submits the "no website" and "has a website" pitch templates to Meta — the same flow node.soner.co.in uses for client templates. Needs the WABA ID, phone number ID, and token set in
/admin → Outreach WhatsApp. Safe to click again later — an already-submitted template is reported back, not resubmitted.
📨 Outreach WhatsApp templates — with dashboard preview link
adds a SECOND link (the client dashboard preview) to the WhatsApp pitch
The two templates above carry one link — the demo site or audit report. These two carry a second link too, a preview of the dashboard the lead would get once live, matching what the email pitch already sends. Submit them, wait for Meta approval, then paste the approved names into
/admin → Outreach WhatsApp and turn on "Send the dashboard-preview link on WhatsApp too". Until all three are done, WhatsApp keeps sending the one-link templates exactly as before.
📨 Follow-up chase WhatsApp templates
the two templates that let a WhatsApp chase actually reach a lead
WhatsApp follow-up chases (24h/72h after the first pitch) are currently PAUSED — they were free-text messages sent outside WhatsApp's 24h reply window, so Meta accepted the call but the message almost never actually delivered. These two templates fix that by sending the chase the same approved way the first pitch goes out. Submit them, wait for Meta approval, then paste the approved names into
/admin → Outreach WhatsApp to turn chases back on.

There are two versions of the email — one for leads who already have a website, one for leads who don't. The grey box under each one shows exactly what is being sent right now. Saving your own wording below changes it for every lead in that group going forward (already-sent emails are untouched). Use
{{name}}, {{specialty}}, {{link}}, {{dashboardlink}}, {{customer}}, {{customers}}, {{sender}} anywhere you want those filled in per lead. Leave a box blank to go back to the normal auto-written wording for that part.

This does NOT change what's sending today. Meta review can take from hours to several days, and even once approved you still have to paste the approved template name into
/admin → Outreach WhatsApp before it becomes the live template. Must use exactly {{1}} {{2}} {{3}} (name, specialty, link) — no more, no fewer.

Only for a wrong or bounced address. Do not use this on a lead who actually replied asking to be left alone — that's what "dead" also means, and there's no way to tell the two apart automatically.
